Snow Day Fortress with Friend

Thumbs up for a sucessful snow fort. For my shelter, I wanted to keep it simple and only use one material called snow. The correct way to make an igloo is by cutting pieces of snow and building from bottom to top, but my friend Joe just wanted to use the giant piles of snow from the plows. Since this seemed easier and the snow was strong enough to not fall onto our faces, we grabbed some metal gradening shovels and started hollowing out the pile. We used a trash bin to get the snow out of the pile and not pack it down ontop of the floor. Without the barrel we would've had a hard time digging down because we would just compact the snow that we were trying to dig out. The fort is still standing at the end of my neighbors driveway if you would like to find a good place to cool down not be bothered by anyone.
